Vikas Maurya

Founder & Director

Vikas Maurya holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics with specialisation in solar energy from IP University Delhi. He is a first-generation entrepreneur and is responsible for the overall performance of the company. He has extensive experience in engineering and execution of solar power plants. He has total 12-year experience in solar industry.
He spearheads the company, manages Business lead, project planning and execution, designing of solar power plant, project delivery, matters connected with Energy policy planning, tariff and power purchase agreements.

Rahul Maurya

Head Operations

Rahul Maurya holds degree of MBA from KIET, Ghaziabad. He is with the company since its start operation in market. Rahul has total experience of 5 years in solar industry. He involved in the operations of company starting from project planning to procurement to commissioning of projects with quality and as per the standards and regulations.

Anshul Sharma

Design Manager

Anshul is a B.Tech graduate with over 5 years of experience in rooftop and commercial solar project design. He is proficient in industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Helioscope, PVsyst, and Solar Lab, and leads the design process from concept to execution.

With strong project management, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills, Anshul ensures timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with client and business goals. His expertise bridges the gap between technical design and effective team management, driving successful solar solutions at Sunpure Energy.

Shubham Gangwar

Asset Management Engineer

Shubham Gangwar is a B.Tech graduate in Electrical Engineering, currently serving as an Asset Management Engineer at Sunpure Energy. He plays a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of solar installations through continuous monitoring, maintenance coordination, and data-driven analysis.

With a strong foundation in electrical systems and a deep understanding of solar technologies, Shubham is committed to maximizing energy output and minimizing downtime. His proactive approach to system health and performance contributes significantly to the reliability and efficiency of Sunpure Energy's solar projects.

Shashitosh Kumar

Project Engineer

Shashitosh Kumar is a dedicated Project Engineer at Sunpure Energy, responsible for overseeing the execution of solar projects from initiation to commissioning. With hands-on experience in site management, vendor coordination, and onground implementation, he ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Known for his problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, Shashitosh plays a key role in bridging design with execution. His commitment to operational excellence helps deliver seamless solar solutions that meet both technical and client expectations.

Deepak Kumar

Operations & Maintenance Engineer

Deepak Kumar serves as the Operations and Maintenance Engineer at Sunpure Energy, where he plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term performance and reliability of solar power systems. With a hands-on approach, he oversees routine maintenance, fault detection, system diagnostics, and corrective actions across multiple project sites.
